With the preceeding power vaccum of administration, judiciary and humanitarian conditions in Sri lanka, military grade weapons and weapon systems are becoming more accessible to rebel orgainzations and supposed 'revolutionaries'. With this threat at hand it has become vital to ensure that rebel groups are contained and unarmed.
